I could not find the 10 dungeon appearance on the one who had not completed that. I obtained the feral druid appearance on two of my feral druids and one had completed the 10 dungeon appearance. I can see the appearances in the collection, but I haven't found out how to transmog them once I'm talking with an etherian or my yack-buddy. Well I've unlocked my appearances on a character, and I was expecting them to be fully available for my other characters of the same class, but sadly, I seem to have hit a road-block.

After I logged in it was still in my questlog, but after hearthing to dalaran to turn it in, it suddenly disappeared. I completed the balance druid quest before going to bed and forgot to turn it in. I actually had this problem, and had to submit a ticket for a fix. I do agree with your last part, you really can't forget completing these challenges. You can't forget completing these challenges. It’s possible that one of the Council of Six has the final mage tower quest available for you. If you have either the scenario quest completed, or you’re on the final quest to return to Dalaran and talk to the Council of Six, you should be able to go turn it in and obtain the appearance.
